Molecules and other antigenic items against which one can raise experimental antibodies can be localized by electron microscopy at nanostructural, subcellular, and organelle level on the basis of electron dense labeling. Several different methods and their combinations are available and each case must be planned and implemented on individual basis.Samples for both techniques can be prepared from
