CRISPR/Cas9-Mediated Genetic Engineering at TCDM

TCDM has attained CRISPR license from the Broad Institute, enabling us to provide genome editing service with the technology to diverse type of collaborators and customers, including the private sector. With the CRISPR/Cas9 technology we are now able to modify the genome of various preclinical model systems precisely and faster than with the technologies so far used. The method has been successfully established at TCDM, and several point mutation and gene deletions have been generated in the mouse genome.
