TCDM provides quality controlled in-house assays for several rodent and human biomarkers such as hormones, interleukins and growth factors. Assays and technologies available include e.g.:
- Rodent and human kits applicable for immunofluorometric assays with Delfia assays (Perkin Elmer Plate Reader Victor X4)
- Rodent and human ELISA kits adapted to mouse and rat samples applicable for Victor X4 (Perkin Elmer)
- Rodent and human multiplex immune assays optimized for Luminex 200 Instrument, see e.g., Milliplex assays: *Finland (merckmillipore.com)
- Diasorin Liason immunoautomatic station is used for various human clinical chemistry assays: LH, FSH, hCG, prolactin, ACTH, SHBG, insulin, cortisol, osteocalcin, sclerostin, PSA: LIAISON® XL | DiaSorin
- Rodent clinical chemistry assays are carried out in collaboration/service by Movet Oy, being a Finnish animal diagnostic laboratory: Movet
- Rodent and human steroid profiling in biofluids and tissues is carried out in collaboration with University of Gothenburg.
