The “Translational Digital Pathology” entity contains three online courses. They are implemented in the national DigiCampus Moodle platform.

Mouse histology and its similarities and differences to human histology

Disease model pathology (5 ECTS), DRUG0036
Basic pathology such as inflammation, cell injury and neoplasia
How human diseases can be understood with the help of mouse models

Quantification of histopathological changes using image analysis, BIMA3222
