Intestinal inflammation and colorectal cancer

TCDM offers multidisciplinary know-how and research services related to studying established mouse models of principal human intestinal disorders including colitis (colonic inflammation, inflammatory bowel diseases) and colon cancer. The unit offers design of experiments including know-how on intestine-related analysis methodology,  isolation techniques of intestinal epithelial cells and growth of organoids (min-gut). Intestinal Diseases Unit
